What is the Cox Flexion Distraction technique? 

Cox Flexion Distraction is also known as the Cox Technique. It is a method through which the spine is stretched and decompressed, allowing for lower back and leg pain relief. You will lie down on a specialized, segmented table. The chiropractor can then move the separate segments while gently applying pressure to the target area.
