My motto is : 'Massage empowers us!'
I have always been very interested in ways to treat, manage and improve a body's potential. Being healthy is a balance of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
I was taking some massage courses in my native land. Coming years ago to Canada was very challenging. I knew that I wanted to continue studying in depth about massage, because it has so many benefits...soothing aching muscles, relieving stress and ridding the body of toxins.
I enjoy combining deep massage with more gentle approaches like connective tissue mobilization, as well trigger point release combined with Swedish massage, facilitating rapid healing and promoting long-term wellness.
I graduated the 2 year Diploma course with MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton and I am looking forward to help people achieving their well-being through massage sessions. I have completed a manual lymphatic drainage course as well as a course on cupping, to better help my clients.
Hope to see you at Serenity Health and Wellness!
